In 1976, Dick Treadwell started with industrial giant, Textron, acquiring tools for their automotive wing. During this time, he worked closely with the Big Three – Chrysler, General Motors, and Ford – gaining firsthand experience in estimating, chemicals, packaging, and tool manufacturing. This broad knowledge of production and optimization helped him form his own tool shop, USA Production Parts, and eventually, Titan Steel Door.
Today, Dick provides Titan and her sister companies with decades of leadership experience, focusing primarily on management and new project acquisition. He enjoys bringing a fresh perspective for innovation to the detention hollow metal industry.
